FAQs

Where are you located?

I offer convenient mobile services, bringing a portable treatment table and all necessary equipment directly to you. Sessions can be held in homes, apartments, condominiums, townhouses, hotels, and resorts (excluding Disney properties). Please note that clients are responsible for any applicable parking fees.

Do I need a referral?

No, Florida is a direct access state for physical therapy. This means you can see a physical therapist without a physician's referral for up to 30 consecutive days. If treatment is needed beyond that time, I will coordinate directly with your primary care provider.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I am a cash-based physical therapist and do not accept insurance.

What types of payments do you accept?

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA, Venmo, and Zelle.

What products do you use?

  • My IASTM “scraping” tools are stainless steel.

  • My cupping set and goniometers are plastic.

  • I use an all-natural, hand-crafted manual therapy medium made exclusively for Integrity by local business CleanB Naturals.

  • My cleaning supplies are medical grade.

  • My gloves are latex-free.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the severity of your condition and your goals. Some patients may need 1-2 sessions for mild conditions, while others may require 6-8 weeks of regular sessions for complex or chronic conditions.

Will it hurt?

Physical therapy may involve some discomfort, and your symptoms might initially increase as your body adjusts to the treatments. Post-treatment soreness is common but usually temporary. We can discuss easy ways to manage any flare-ups. I will communicate with you throughout the treatment to ensure we stay within your tolerance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. After two late cancellations or no-shows, you may become ineligible for services.

Can you work around pets?

  • Unfortunately, I cannot provide in-home services to those with cats due to a severe cat allergy.

  • I have a mild allergy to birds and ask that they be in a separate room during the service.

  • I love dogs and am comfortable with all breeds! You may let them roam or crate them at your discretion.

Will you be my therapist each time?

Yes, you will receive consistent care from me alone—no assistants, technicians, interns, or students.
